Hi, been trying to fix my cousins laptop as it bluescreens at random, and the spacebar only works when it feels like it, its about 3 months old and came from ebay. I reckon the best course of action would be to return it to samsung as its practically brand new and im just wondering has anyone on here ever dealt with samsung for this kind of issue?

Did you buy if from an official reseller?

Did you get a receipt? Was it new when you got it?

bluescreenview-once the Laptop is set up to save the dump files this program will read the dumps and tell you what's causing the bluescreen.

Vids for taking off spacebar, it may just be a snot (ewwww) or something similar, could be an easy fix. Watch a few of them.

Well check if the seller was a business seller or just a normal person.

You can then contact them asking for a refund or repair.
Or you could contact Samsung with the receipt and request a repair.

If that doesn't work then start a credit card charge back with your bank.
There is no point in trying to fix it yourself, if you do you could end up voiding the warranty. A new laptop shouldnt break, just get the proper people to do it.
