    soon be Finished 12 weeks of defrancos built like a etc etc (embarrassed saying the bloody name). Gaa training back and all. doing circuits mon,wed,fri for Jan. Once field training and matches kick back in I wanna build in two days a week (mon and wed) in the gym maintaining strength and power. Ive come up with something like this but sure feel free to rip it apart.

    Monday

    Powerclean 5x3
    Bench press 5x5
    Box Jump 5x3
    Bent over row 5x8 (either arm)
    Abs exercises

    Wednesday

    Clean and Press 5x3
    Squat 5x5
    Pull ups 3x failure
    Incline Dumbell press 5x8
    Abs exercises


    What people think? Ill take anything on board. Would do this for a month (8 sessions) and then freshen it up.
