    Hi

When I connect my Multimedia Hard Drive to my Mac I setup Alias of files on my Multimedia Hard Drive to another folder on the Hard Drive.

    Works great.

When I hook my hard drive up to the tv, the Alias are all gone. Any remedy for this?

    Any help is appreciated.

How would your TV know what an alias is? Alias ( like shorcut on PC ) is a pointer file which the operating system recognises that locates the original file.

It wouldn't, it's a TV. Is there a way around this?
