    Giant's Causeway?

You can party in any city in the world, may as well show them stuff they can only see here.

From Galway take them down south west coast through Clare via Cliffs Moher, tarbert ferry to Listole and down into Dingle. Then anti-clockwise around the ring of Kerry from Killarney to Kenmare and then over Kerry/Cork mountains into and around West Cork. Finish by taking motorway upto Dublin and spending some time there. They will be blown away by this!

You could bring them to Bunratty Castle. I have brought plenty of visiting relatives there and they all loved it. You might want to try out the medieval banquet there too.

While around that area you could also visit the Cliffs of Moher & the Aillwee Caves.

Good stuff on your own doorstep: trip to Inishmore, with visit to Dun Aengus as a highlight; scenic tour of Connemara.

Follow with something based on BailMeOut's suggestions, although I think doing it all would involve more time in the car than they might like. I think Dingle has more of a party buzz than anywhere on the Ring of Kerry.

I did the exact route with a yank about 10 years ago and it is perfect, try getting to Kinsale too before taking the motorway to Dublin.
