Hi folks, a website has been created, www.ssli.ie, about children with a specific speech and language impairment (or disorder as its sometimes known) to give parents information on the disability and a place to talk to other parents in the same boat. Please check it out. We are also trying to set up a new language class in Dublin as there are only 5 schools with classes attached to them. It will be in Lucan hopefully. We need to show that theres a demand for another class so if you're in the area or surrounding areas including Kildare please contact me through the website.
