compaq net book keyboard

Hi,I replaced the keyboard on my compaq net book cq10.No real problems replacing the keyboard but now I have discovered that I have no G,H backspace or start menu keys working.I have taken the ribbon cable out cleaned and reseated it ,uninstalled the keyboard in device manage still no joy.The machine has windows 7…

looks like faulty keyboard to me. If I can I always go for used but original rather then new 100% compatible from China
