Sugar free chocolate and tooth decay

I'm wondering if anybody could say whether or not sugar free chocolate such as Bellarom Diat chocolate bars found in lidl is unlikely to lead to tooth decay, or are there chemicals or other components within the chocolate which lead to tooth decay anyway?
