    Yes.

It's a great little bit of kit.

give loads of data, infinitly variable screen layout, tough, esp useful if cycling off road or on roads not on google maps so you can actually tell how far you've gone etc.

I think it's the best little gadget I've bought in a long time :)

They are the best thing ever. I can't wait to download the info and trawl through it once I get back from a spin :)

Yep, absolutely brilliant at what it does. I can't believe it took me so long to get one.

For somebody who already has the Edge 500. Is it worth investing in the cadence and HRM ?

If you want to train using HR zones then yes, if you just like plotting out the route afterwards using the GPS then probably not. Cadence and HR are useful aswell if you're likely to be doing any sort of training on a turbo.

I got a Garmin for Xmas. I got the hrm and cadence. I find, that I'm training smarter. I'm able to keep my cadence up, my hr where I want it. Plus, I do most of my training by myself, and I find I keep my concentration better with the garmin, it seems to keep me focused.
    Great bit of kit

Nothing sucks the joy out of cycling like a heart rate monitor.
