    Best debate so far imo.
as someone who would normally be called a left wing pinko but realise that one of these candidates could be the next president i wonder why the hell i still like Ron Paul

Gingrich won this debate by a mile IMO especially when the CNN host asked him about reports that he had asked his wife for an open marriage.
    his response won hugh support.

Romney was more human than all the other debates i have seen although a bit uncomfortable about his tax's.

Ron Paul said he will not be releasing his tax returns,i am sure he will have to reverse that though.

Santorus well i just do not like him at all,so i may be biased but he did not have a single memorable moment throughout,Imo.

This debate confirmed that the winner of the South Carolina Primary is going to be the Grinch! Romney is in for a long ol slog for the next few weeks. I would piss myself if they nominated Gingrich instead of Romney.
Anyway prepare yourselfs for a long ol battle. It could even draw out in the same manner of Obama vs Clinton. Ron Paul niping at the heels as always.

Another clown-show designed to give the pestilence-stricken multitudes the illusion that they somehow have a representative democracy. Why not just have a damn Obama-Romney-Gingrich-Clinton coalition and stop insulting our intelligence!

Romney very evasive on the tax returns question.

Have they started searching for Romney's birth cert yet, heard his father was Mexican.

I hope they at least make some tongue-in-cheek go at this

They questioned McCains ability to become POTUS under the US Constitution, so much so that a special declaration for McCain be made by Congress. Don't you remember that? So I would suspect the same will go after Romney. ;)

I think you will find Natural born citizen defined as persons who are born within the jurisdiction of a national government, and it's territorial limits.

The Panama Canal Zone, where McCain was born, was considered US territory at the time. It never should have been an issue. But he was a republican you know, therefore he was fair game for unfair play.

Yes, but that is why the question was raised, not because he had brown skin like Obama.

Hi the link on post# 1 will be covering the S Carolina results from midnight UTC/GMT.

If i cannot follow it i would be much obliged if someone would post what time any network projects the result.
what an anarok i am :o

Colbert has been running a spoof campaign and won 37% of the popular vote in SC.

He cannot have his name on the ballot paper now but he is recommending that those who cannot vote for him give their vote to Cain who is no longer in the race but is on the ballot paper.

Colbert can be very funny but should not be allowed to interfere in the process imo.

CNN already reporting that Romneys people are looking happy.

EDITCNN are projecting 38% for Gingrich at close of polls
