Rework A Classic

Came up with an idea today that could be a bit of fun and inject some life back into this forum.

Anyways it goes as follows. Try to recreate a classic electronic track without using any samples from the actual song itself. So kinda like a cover track, instead of a remix. Doest need to be the full track, just enough parts of it thrown together.

I tried my hand at this already today as i was struggling to make any original music.

The drums and pads are off, its very rough, but youll get the idea.

Thanks, Steve for getting this going. It's help break my procrastination.

I tried - but I just came up with some interest original music instead - hopefully I'll have it finished by the weekend. I need to get back into the habit of finish and be damned.

I tried but I got lost.

There's little weird burnt artefacting on the bass sound, that soundcloud has done that's not a problem on the original MP3. Soundclound has removed most of the dynamics and added few artefacts that are pretty rubbish.
