For example I'm with Ulster bank and they have an iphone apt but not an android apt.

If I got a small 7" android tablet for instance and it supports 3g can I use it as I do my laptop to do banking on line or will it need a special apt to scale it down if you get my drift or would it just mean a lot of scrolling:D

Just use the web browser. You might need to change a setting to put it into desktop mode if the site gives you an error because of mobile version.

It's app not apt by the way.
