    Hey,

I bought a rosetta stone language course which you can only install on two computers. If your two computers crash or are lost you cannot install them again unless you pay 600euro.

There are two laptops in the house (one is my parents) and am just wondering what i should do regards installation. should I put it onto a hardrive so then I can use the program on the two laptops and still have one download of the software left in case something goes wrong. Can you download software like that onto a hard drive as you need to activate the software with an activation key!

thanks for yer opinion guys but dont want rush into using the 2 installations as it cost a serious amount of money!

    Cheers,
    Sean

p.s. does anyone know how i could install it more than twice!

If the license is for two pc's then you're stuck with entering the key in twice (two different machines). I wonder could you install to a portable hard-drive and run it from that.

yeah chin grin thats what i was thinkin aswell! I just dont want to chance it unless Im sure though. Otherwise one of my installations could be wasted.

also make a back up of the 2 pc's HDD's so that if they do crash you can re-install all your software

doubt installing to an external hard drive will help, as it still puts register entries on the laptop's c drive.

Rosetta Stone 1 language for 60 euro. If you want an extra language it's only 30 for additional languages. And it doesnt matter how many computers.

I will deliver to most areas southside Dublin. Otherwise I'll meet some where near Clondalkin/Tallaght/Lucan
    if you're interested.

And you are almost definitely not legit either.

OP Im sure Rosetta Stone allow you to reset your installs, I would be very surprised if they didnt. People change computers all the time.

Just keep all the codes and receipts etc...

If that's genuine and legit, fair play... but if your downloading it from torrents and charging people... then your just scum :)
