capri jan 1982 vrt or nct

    i have have a 1982 jan ford capri that i want to change over onto irish zv plate from english reg , how do i go about it i know the vrt is 200 e on it but would do i apply to the nct{do they do all that now with pre 30 year old cars} or the revenue,
    plus as its a 30 year old how strict are nct , as car is running perfect there are are a few small issues , thats all hope someone can help me out

    yes,take it to your NCTcentre,they will look at it(not a test) and register it.
    You will also need proof of purchase date;) ID,and any other paper work that goes with the car.

    You will need to book it in for a full NCT test as well.

    You will need the following.
    NCT/VRT appoimtment.
    V5,
    Purchase receipt, you can wright this yourself.
    Ferry or haulier receipt.
    Current UK MOT.
    ID.
    PPS No..
    If you don't have an MOT it will need to be checked for roadworthiness.
