Help Needed Identifying Instrument

Would any person be able to kindly tell me what this old instrument is ?

I have been able to draw what I think it looks like. I believe I was but a 5 year old being when I last seen one of these bad boys. Which is quite some time ago now.

I have included a 2 euro coin for scale. Which is wrong, so not really for scale. The coin is in reality a little bit smaller. Not much smaller, but smaller none the less.

The area marked A, was some sort of metal like strip sounding like a harp, I suppose. It was touch sensitive, I also suppose.

It also could run on batteries. Many, many batteries.

It was brown in colour. Darker than the below picture. And made from plastic. Many, many plastic.
