I am going to take 3k out of my current acct (because it is a waste of time being there) and invest it somewhere where it makes a little return over a number of years but where there is no dirt or not much risk. Is An Post Savings Certificate a good way of going this or should I contact New Ireland/Zurich etc re a lump sum investment? Any advise will be great.
