    There was an intersting take on it from the economist comparing similar companies: Kodak (a company filing for chapter 11) and Fujufilm ( a company whos net income continues in an upwards trajectory)

    It is odd because their products are actually very good even the digital ones and they seem to have loads of patents in the area.

    It just looks like it could be the best case study on how not to run a successful company to me.
