ip appeal

    hi i have been waiting since june for my ip appeal to be heard,i got a letter a few weeks ago to attend a medical,which was no problem.while i was there i mentioned it was an appeal.to which the doc had no idea that it was an appeal.i got a letter today to say i was not entitled to 'illness benefit 'and that this was the case last year,now i'm going up the wall,there must have been some mistake as mine was an ip appeal not illness benefit,what can i do any advice please...and thanks

    Are you getting a payment from the dept at the minute?

    i have got no payment since feb last year.i rang social today,after been on hold for 35 mins,i was told that the medicl dept will ring me back.i'm going up the wall at moment,so i will wait for the call,there had to be some mix up
