Poor you Ciara. Sounds like you had a bad day! I thing you should definitely speak to your manager about this. It could cause a lot of problems down the line if you don't. Also if you do, at least you will have flagged the issue and your manager will get both sides of the story. They won't appreciate it if you say nothing and this suddenly comes out of the blue.

Also your manager can speak to this woman and ensure her expectstions are reasonable. Getting value for money is reasonable. A star chart for your cooking does not seem very fair however.

Eiyher she has been pumping her patents for information or they are complaining about you. In either case she should not have approached you directly. I would get this all out in the open. Expect to be told to improve your time keeping though!
