Ebay Delivery Problem?

    Hi I have this problem with an item I bought on ebay coming from the UK, the seller says he sent it to my address but the tracking number he gave me says that the package has been delivered, but the area it says it was delivered to is Dublin 12 but I am in Dublin 9 and the name on the package was completely different to mine. I got a delivery report from An Post and this is where I seen the wrong name and area, it even had a signature of the name that's not mine!

    I opened a dispute with paypal about 5 days ago and I'm still waiting to hear from them.

    The seller has submitted records on paypal that he shipped to my address, but the tracking number he gave says it goes somewhere else and to someone else.

    Should I get my money back for this or because he says that he shipped to my address will I get screwed over this?

    They should decide in your favour as he should have posted it to the delivery address you have on your paypal. Submit whatever details you have to paypal proving he messed up the postal address.
