that price looks good 275stg about 330euros.
do you reckon that pump will give me 3.5bar?, going by the pressure clock fitted to the last system thats what the wilo pump was giving.
there is an upstairs bathroom in the house with a shower which is rougly 16'/4mtr from ground level. do you think that this pump will provide a good flow rate up there?

just anxious to get something similar to what we had before which was quite good, allthough we are working on 1bar mains with the last few weeks which is pretty dismal especially upstairs, or so iam told;)

done alot of looking on the internet there for a spec sheet for that pump you linked but couldn't find one. cant open that 'print product info' link on this computer.

so judging by the limited info available on their site i have been crunching the numbers.
the dab you linked shows 10l/m at 43mtr head = 6000l an hour
the wilo pump i have is doing 4.8m3/hr @ 35mtr head = 4800l an hour

so based on that i think it would be safe to assume that the dab pump you linked is comparative if not better than the unit i had fitted.

so i think i will go ahead and buy it.

    thanks for the link.:)

    edit:
i think i will wait until i get home this evening before ordering, i want to check a few things first. i should be able to open that info document on my computer at home, that inlet and outlet pipe looks like its only 1/2inch, i have a 1" supply coming from 2x100ltr tanks in the attic. with such small inlet and outlet it might suffer when filling the bath which has a 3/4 feed to it and its a pretty big bath too, don't want the water going cold before getting in;). i also wouldn't mind seeing what wattage that pump is?

i have used this pump of number off times and you will be impressed
the connections are 1 inch female thread on the inlet and outlet if your pumping a standard 2 storey house will deliver up to 70 litres a minute

it comes fitted with a 2 pong plug and i just put it in a adaptor and it works fine and still dones fitted over 2 years ago.

have it fitted in a upstairs in a cylinder cupboard and its very quiet 67db about the same as an battery powered toothbrush.

    hey
just a note to let you know how i got on with this pump.
first off the crowd in the north were spot on to deal with, i ordered the pump friday evening/night, they emailed me on monday for contact details for the delivery truck and i had the pump on tuesday at 11 0'clock. 10 outta 10 there for fast prompt delivery. and also 10/10 for a really good price.:)

i didn't get around to fitting the pump until this evening, had to reroute a bit of pipework for the new pump to suit, so alittle bit of work there. not so sure if it is any quieter than the wilo pump that i had fitted previously but it certainly isn't any louder. it is a much more compact and neater looking unit than the wilo pump. she is also alot more powerfull pushing the pressure gauge up to 5.1bar compared to the 3.6 bar that the wilo was producing.

so first impressions are, that iam very pleased with the new pump and the service from DPSpumps, 10/10 so far, now all it has to do is last longer than 8years and i will be very pleased:D

big shout out to mark there for his link.;):D

there is one inlet, thats in the front and there is one outlet thats pointing up. there is also a blank/stud underneath not sure if it is another outlet, i didn't do much investigating as it wasn't affecting my installation, but i think it might be more of a drain stud rather than an outlet.
