    This shiny new forum has been formed in spite of it not conforming to one of the main reasons for the creation of a new forum: significant traffic on a subject that justifies a forum of its own, or that threatens to overwhelm another forum.

    We (the F&F mods) approached the Admins on the basis that 'Forestry' threads were lost among the general 'Farming' threads, and that in our opinion, a dedicated 'Forestry' sub-forum would encourage and facilitate more posting on the subject.

    The Admins agreed to create the forum on a probationary basis; they're giving it 6 months to see if it pans out. If it doesn't, the forum contents will be folded back into the general F&F forum and this one will disappear.

    So, over to you guys; get posting! :D
