    I saw this on ESPN classic last night and predictably, it was on youtube...

    I think it was Des Lynam in / around 1971....

    Unable to access youtube here, but guessing it's David Frost or even Parky?

    Parky did one alright, (I saw that on Youtube too) but this isnt the same interview...

    It doesnt look Frost... did he have a moustache back then?

    Can't ever recall Frosty having a moustache. It's not Howard Cossel by any chance?

    Its a guy called Dickie Davies who presented sports programmes for ITV...year 1974 according to the youtube post.

    Yes, Dickie Davies, thats the fella. Thanks Dasdog. That was wrecking my head. It was an entertaining interview btw... as is most of Ali's interviews.
