    Calling all leisure and sportif cyclists! There will be a new club leisure spin leaving from the Monument on Grand Parade on Sunday mornings at 10 am starting this weekend. This would be suited to riders who would be hoping to ride the many leisure cycling and sportif events in the upcoming year. It would also be suited to those who wish to begin cycling in a group for the first time. The group would be riding at a steady pace (avg 14mph) and incorporate a coffee stop. There will be a club member acting as group leader to decide the spin on the day suited to the groups abilities make sure no rider is left behind. All leisure cyclists and cyclists who wish to ride in a group for the first time are more than welcome on the spin regardless if you are a club member. However make sure your bike is in a good safe condition and that you have spare tubes, pump etc. Also helmets are compulsory on the spin.
