I'm looking for a people carrier ideally 7 seater.

    My budget is 4,500.

My brain is fried from looking so any suggestions welcomed:)

    It's for city driving mostly.

But don't want something that guzzles fuel.

Donegal, how many people are usually in the car and do you go away with 7 people and luggage in the car much?

    You got the same budget?

    Very true.
The only reason I said seat was that when i was looking for something like this a few years ago, the seats were alot cheaper, dunno if thats still true?

Those 3 requirements are at odds with each other really.

Some people added to this thread to try to help.
You have not though so I do wonder what you wish to add.
I myself bought an Opel Zafira which I find does quite well on fuel compared to cars like a Trajet.
Feel free to contribute some more smart replies as it's great help.

I bought a Zafira myself and I fold down one of the back seats to create boot space.
I'm no car expert but as people carriers go it's a decent motor and ignore the snobs.
