Cost building in South Kerry

    Hello!
We have purchased an old farmhouse sitting on a field which need to be well drained, especially an area around the existing 1975 20 square meter lean-to, totally damp and mouldy. The old part of the house is surprisingly ok.

We were told that the best solution would be to knock down this lean-to including its foundations, and to rebuild it from scratch.

Could anyone give me an idea of cost of knocking it down and rebuilding a 30 sq meter one (indoor measures) including 2 double glazed windows and 1 door? It would become kitchen area, utility room and small toilet.

It seems that costs are different from one county to another, is Kerry still dearer than most?

Is there anyway to get rid of the ground dampness without having to replace existing foundations, by the way?
Thank you very much for any help or advice.
