medical card renewal

my old card was expired in 2010 and i never got around to renewing it. i went to apply online for a new one and there was a section for renewal of old cards but it required a pin which was sent in the post that i must of miss placed so i just applyed as a new person for the medical card just wondering will the application…

My sister was in the same boat today, hers expired 3weeks ago, she tried to renew online and realised she never received a pin. She called and they said they couldnt reissue it, she had to go get a paper form and fill it out and post it.
