Great spot for me. Always lends itself to good nights.

I've my wedding booked for there. They have been brilliant with everything so far thankfully. All questions etc answered straight away. Had never been in it before booking but friends were at a wedding there last year and had great reports of it so I went for it based on that and have stayed a few nights since booking and really love the place.

I've never been to a wedding there and don't know anyone that's gotten married there, I don't think it's that popular for weddings? But I did stay there for 2 weeks a couple of years ago and I absolutely couldn't fault the food or the staff. You could have the old campus in the college for photos too (if that's allowed?), it's beautiful so would be stunning for photographs.

It is quite popular for weddings. Its very close to Dublin if people either want to stay or go home, has 2 rooms to suit different sizes, although the front smaller room is nicer IMO both rooms are excellent for events.

Ive been to several weddings there and played there many times. always good.

We wanted to view it set up for a wedding after we booked it and were given a good choice of ones to choose from so it is definitely popular for weddings.

We will be going along to the fair next week to see the room set up, if it looks as good as the pictures on the website we'll be impressed! As i said we were happy wit the quote we got for our numbers so all thats left now is for us to be wowed!! We've got prices from other surrounding hotels one was double what the glenroyal was, madness!

I didnt think it was that popular for weddings but i hope im wrong!

They didn't market it before very well but they do push it better now and since new general manager came in last jan the hotel has improved 10 fold in every aspect. outside was terrible before but lovely and clean now. i personally would recommend the back room. its bigger and newer looking. that's the room from last wedding fair where they took all the photos for the website.
we had a good few last year and i think there is an actual wedding there on a tue in 2 weeks.
We went to big wedding fair in city west last week and theres one this week in RDS. so much info at them its a crime to miss

I live beside the hotel and have gone in to it twice but was really unimpressed,we didn't even consider it for the wedding despite the comparative low price for weddings and accommodation there.
I will go down to the wedding fair and have a look though and take a look around the hotel now no your recommendation:)
