    Hi,

Anyone have any ideas on where I'd find a wiring diagram for the above tractor...dynamo version.

    Thanks

Is it Negative earth on the 135 w/ dynamo?
Seem to remember the 35/35x were using a Positive earth return on chassis.

Right guys, so got the wiring all sorted on the 135. All lights working bar a few bulbs that need replacing and a side light unit that needs replacing also.

One problem, canbt get the indicators working. Bulbs etc are ok as I checked with auto tester.

    Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I have this item(in the attached pictures) here that I'm not sure if it's working or not. i assume it's a relay(flasher unit).

Can anyone tell me how it should be wired etc. Seems that it was fed directly from a fuse and then fed to the indicator switch.

    Thanks

Seems to be the same all right. Letters identifying the terminals match.

So, how should it be wired to the indicator switch etc

    Thanks

X should be the feed from the battery

    P goes to the switch

L goes to the bulb holder on the dash which would be grounded

Ya, I sussed that part out all right. Its a switch with the light built in, does that make any odds.

I can get it to work when I just join the wires together, but when I put in the switch, nothing happens.

The bulb in the switch is working.

Any ideas. Switch was allegedly working.

No, I think P and L go the other way around, i.e P goes to the warning light (Pilot light) and L goes to the indicator switch ( Lights).

I would also advise you OP to get the modern electronic flasher unit because they are more reliable, and the load on them don't effect the flashing rate.

Why use a ''French retail site'' to view and source parts.
I'm a beliver in shoping local and if the item proved to be the wrong part or wouldnt fit etc you can always go back to the garage / motor factor shop or wherever and sort it out. Not much of a help if dealing with a French company and paying post etc.

If rewiring your indicators, I would buy a seperate Ind Switch and flasher unit (dont buy the combined switch with the built in flasher - cheaper types can be a problem) and bare in mind that you might be using a 7 Pin trailer plug so you may need a 6 pin flasher unit

    Ind switch

Shop Local - Source local. That was my point.

Support Irish retailers such as Garages, Motor Factor Co-op Stores etc and try and keep some jobs in rural Ireland, remember most of the guys working in these type outlets are from farming stock, maybe part time farmers etc who may need the support of our purchases to survive.
    Don't be so snappy......
