    Does anyone know where the HSE office is located in Kilkenny? I presumed it was at the hospital but it's not. The address on the Internet says Lacken but I've never heard of lacken before.

    Lacken is on Dublin Rd.

    Perhaps its in St Canices hospital?

    Id say its in the new bit of the St Canices Hospital. The bit near Lacken Walk

    not in canices but close. take the entrance you would take for canices then turn right instead of left. its where the registry office is
