Cheap Small PC for connecting to TV for streaming.

How much could i get a small factor pc for? Id only be using it for connecting the tv in my sitting room/37"/. I would like to watch movies from the pc on the tv. It must have wireless internet, wireless keyboard and mouse pref. Im talking as cheap really. Dont need an os.
