Silly question about my insoles...

Is it advisable to superglue them in place?

Ever since my trainners got throw in a swimming pool with my feet still in them, the insoles have a tendenancy to slide half way out of the back of the shoe and half way up my ankle when I'm running in them. Causing some discomfort on my toes, assumingly as there's less support or comfort around the toe box.

Or is there any other way of sucuring them. Trainners are Nike 3.0.

    Thanks in advance.

    :o

Double sided sticky tape works well. It will hold the insole in place but allow you to rip it out if your shoes get wet again so you can dry them properly.

You could always get new insoles in any sports shop for e10 ( ISH ) and there often more comfortable than the original ones
    Hope this helps
