    Did you run this Gringo? I had a couple of niggles last week so didn't run....just wonder what it was like for future reference?

    Twas good as time trial - changing facilities & showers which is good, about 40-50 people in the race, times were around 10min to >15min. You have to count your own laps.

    Are these races on a 400m track? Any results from the previous races?

    Yep, on a proper 400m track. Never found any results online.
