Scroll Wheel not working on Toshiba

I own a Toshiba L750/755 My scroll wheel stopped working today randomly in the middle of use. Does anyone know the cause and more importantly the solution to this. I have a mse plugged in now but I miss the scroll wheel.

scroll wheel in a laptop? I never heard of that. Is it scrolling feature of your touchpad? If so try reinstalling touchpad drivers
