Eye won't close when I blink.

I had an accident 2 and a half weeks ago where I split my head oveN, went under surgery (I think it was Subdural Haematoma) and was in a coma for 4 days. Now when I blink my right eye doesn't close and so keeps watering. Is this dangerous?
