Mods feel free to move this, wasn't any relevant section in tv forum. Also if it's seen as promoting a website or whatever well...sorry.

Missed it on RTE last night and only want to watch Ricky's bits. Tried youtube, no luck. Only the opening monologue.

Did a google search but keep running into dead ends or sign up to this and that crap. Anyone any ideas?

It might be repeated on "E" where it went out live last night.
That said - the amount of stupid crazy bleeping totally ruined the broadcast for me.

Because Ricky Gervais hosted it, obviously.

Do you think anyone in their right mind gives a rats arse who wins what award for what?

Last years Golden Globes were entertaining because of what Gervais said. He pulled no punches and laid into all the "celebs". Was good to see someone not in awe of their egocentric bull.

Hoping for more of the same.

Huh? Oh I think I see what you did there. You determined that because I wished to see the Golden Globes that I was enamoured with the Hollywood Celebrities and wished to see who was wearing what on the red carpet, and who won what, and who's acceptance speech was most heart warming...and then you deduced that because I was into all this that I might be interested in reading a little bit about Amanda Brunker, one of our own little islands celebrities. So you went to the bother of going to the Amanda Brunker website for me and copying and pasting the link..how thoughtful, thanks. But really you could have saved yourself all that bother if you had maybe understood my original post which said quite clearly, and in subsequent posts that I was interested in seeing what Ricky Gervais was going to say to the aforementioned celebrities.

Oh well, at least you were being thoughtful thanks man. I really appreciate it. Bless. But try reading the content of the posts. Say them aloud perhaps if it helps. Soon you might be able to read a whole post, and then move on to bigger things like Ann and f*ckin Barry. Jesus...I'm tired of dealing with twats. Everyone on here has to be a smart ass about everything...why?

I asked a simple question, "Anyone know where I can see the golden globes repeat, I want to watch Ricky Gervais make fun of the celebs"

I get the reply from Peadar from the town of Ballynasomethinginthewater. who took the time to remove his finger from his arse and his hand from his mickey to use his Amstrad "motorised processing machine" with Dial Up to check out Amanda Brunkers website for me.

Thanks mate, a service to our nation.

I watched it on RTE2 and Ricky Gervais wasn't as funny as last year in my opinion. I wasn't aware of any "beeping" athough I wasn't watching very closely. Ricky definitely said fcuking at one stage and there were a number of sexual innuendos - strange considering the number of young children that were in the audience. And the dog from the Artist was there too!
