Can I get back to education twice at the same level?

    I am wondering can I receive back to education twice at the same level? In 2010/2011 I got back to education at level 5 and am looking at doing another level 5 course for 2012/2013 but I would need back to education for it. I've emailed the social welfare twice on this but got no response while a citizens information centre I visited didn't know either.

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me?
