Ok so I'm laid up in bed at the moment and looking to pass the time. I'm struggling to find some decent movies that I haven't seen yet. I'm hoping some of you guys might be able to point me in the direction of some decent titles....

I'm into a wide range of movie genres everything from The Guard to Drive to Colombiana to new some recent titles. However, I'm looking for something that's fairly modern perhaps some espionage/crime/political thriller etc.... say something along the like of The International.

Just looking through the films released recently and I can't find anything decent that I haven't already seen!!

    What's The Debt like?

If you liked Drive you should definitely watch Nicolas Winding Refn's directorial debut Pusher. It's set in the world of a mid level heroin dealer in Denmark. I would say that this is one of my favourite movies.

'The Ides Of March', political drama/thriller starring George Clooney and Ryan Gosling. Haven't seen it but I've heard good things. Wanted to go and see it in the cinema but didn't get a chance, going to watch it tonight myself, should be worth a watch.

Not so much. I found this extremely disappointing (having heard good things and been intrigued by the trailer) so I wouldn't recommend it.

I saw The Fighter, Mark Wahlberg and Christian Bale the other night and really enjoyed it! Its not a crime thriller but well worth a watch if you havent seen it!

A Prophet perhaps. French film about an Arab working his way up the ranks in prison. I really enjoyed it.

I'm a big fan of Mark Wahlberg and I do have the fighter lying around somewhere - must watch it.
