the amusement arcade next door to sinnotts in john street,
use to go on the duck from school years ago and spend the day in there playing space invaders, pinball, packman and galaxy, mocky dower used to pay a visit now and again and everybody would scatter across the railway square,
i think it was owened by the delacata family who use to own a chipper next door,

    anyone recall ?

Remember Jackpot being there but don't think I was ever in it.
Used to go on the duck to the arcade in the Savoy (where supermacs is now) many a 10p wasted in there on R-type and some Kung fu game. Could get an hour out of donkey kong easily too.

There used to be a place where the Kazbar is now too can't remember what it was called though.

Good times... Forza 4 is a great game, I'm not ashamed to admit that I still have a soft spot for the odd few video games. Yes, Pot Black was up where Ruby's used to be. Can't really remember a lot of the games that they had though. Heres another one from Sully's that a lot of pocket money went into...

I'm trying to remember a car game in Jackpot where you're looking down while you shoot at enemies. The joystick was missing the ball on top so you had to play with just a metal stick. Anyone remember? Heres one from Sully's, not sure if this was in Jackpot or Pot Black....
