Log-in problem

    So, I clicked the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page,
    Entered my e-mail address and phone number.....
    A few seconds later and I receive the e-mail with my new password
    I highlight the new password, right click and then click 'copy'
    Back to the login page, enter my e-mail address and 'paste' my new password into the 'Password' window.....

    And what do I get.....?
    "We are sorry but the email address and password entered do not match. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "forgot your password?" link below. To use our online account service, you need a registered email address and password. If you have not already done so, you can register now by clicking on the "register" link above."

    A bit strange I think you'll agree!!

    Hi Mugser,

    Have you experienced any problems logging in before (i.e. I'm assuming this isn't the first time you have attempted to access online billing)?

    If you PM me the following details I'll have a look into this for you:
    • Your full name, account no. and email address
    • Your date of birth and contact no. for account security
    Is your correspondence email address the same as your log-in email address? Note that if you update your correspondence email address, your original log-in will not change.
