    Just want to know if we're seriously not back for lectures and tutorials until Monday the 30th or are we actually back on the 23rd. Seems like an abnormally long break for nothing to be on...

    We're back on the 30th so it's only going to be a week off for people finishing on the 19th. Plus they have to allow a bit of space incase any exams had to be postponed a few days or something.

    Monday 19 March to Friday 23 March 2012 Study Week
    Friday 6 April 2012 Good Friday - No lectures
    Monday 9 April to Friday 13 April 2012 Easter Vacation
    Friday 4 May 2012 Conclusion of Second Semester
    Monday 7 May to Thursday 10 May 2012 Study Period
    Not before Friday 11 May 2012 Examination period commences
    So, I guess that's seven weeks in, a week off, two weeks in, another week off, three weeks till finish and a week from there till the start of the summer exams. I prefer the Christmas setup, I need the extra time to study.

    I'm actually the opposite! I always do better in summer exams because there's less time off. Shows how different people can be.
