Hope someone can help when printing on the above, the ink on the pages is blurred and smudged. Cartridge is new and I have gone into the settings, maintenance menu and cleaned a few times but no luck. Any help appreciated

Is it an original or refilled cartridge? Make sure all the factory tape is removed as well (that your supposed to remove/not the sticker)

Thanks YOyo tried cartridge on another machine and prints out so cartridge is ok, problem must be with the printer
