Hi, I need to get a copy of my submitted form 12 from 2009, is it as simple as ringing the tax office and requesting a copy does anyone know? I have no copy :rolleyes: I need to check some submissions for capital allowances figures.

It is that simple. Just email or phone the PAYE 1890 service.
