This might be a dumb question, but I will ask it anyway…

I changed jobs, and started with new company in 25 Nov 2011.

Well, was made redundant, and got new job.

    Today I received my P60 for 2011.

It only list the last position, so my earnings is only for 1 month on the P60.
    Is this correct?

And, if I want “proof” of earnings for 2011, I should apply for a P21?

I would have assumed a P60 is your record of tax / earnings. USC etc paid in 2011, as a whole?

    Thanks

If you gave your P45 for 2011 to your new employer when you started it should contain both sets of income/tax. If you still have the P45, then it and your P60 are proof of your income and should match the P21 Revenue will send to you if you request one.

Exactly as Relax says above. So if your new employer did not have the p45 from the previous employment, the details would not appear on your p60
