    After 4 weeks off.

My body clock is completely off so no doubt I'll only get a couple of hours sleep tonight before the 6am alarm

Waking up on a week day morning is one of the most painful experiences any man has to go through

Plan something exciting for your day. A nice lunch or a naggin hidden in the cistern. Maybe a ''Chinese massage'' after work!

After four weeks of sleeping at 5AM and waking up at 12PM, adjusting to my usual routine of sleeping at 1:30AM and waking up at 7:30 is going to be a chore =/

1PM starts every Monday for this term is gonna rock though. Starting at 9AM and finishing at 6 for the other four days of the week won't :(

I'd say your lad is red raw at this stage.
    For the best OP
