Any leisure group spin in newbridge

    I'm enquiring for a friend. He is a retired but still able to ride. He is Interested in hooking up with a few lads for a regular group spin...are there any clubs or boardies in newbridge that do so ? Level would be typical of your average c club group.

    I've only been out for 2 spins with the Newbridge Cycle Club. They meet on a Sunday morning to leave the Lumville House Hotel at 10:00. PM me if you want contact details.

    My first outing with them was grand.

    My second outing I went out with a head cold, felt crap most of the way. Ended up falling at speed and hitting the back of my head after tangling bars with the guy next to me. Had headaches for a week afterwards. Not been out with them since, though I can only make every 3rd Sunday, so never had any chance of being a regular.

    Now I mostly do Saturday spins and have Sunday as a rest day.
