Coast and Monsoon are always good for wedding dresses.
If you are in Dublin, Julien in Stephen's Green has a good range.
If you have money to spend- Powerscourt Townhouse and Westbury Mall are worth a look.

I would personally think twice about going sleeveless or wearing spaghetti straps in a church. I know that's a bit old fashioned but I would just consider that it isn't my big day, and it's someone else's place of worship. Best not to cause any offense, even if that's bonkers.

Can you give us an idea of your dress?

Some sort of shawl to sweep around the shoulders could actually look quite elegant if well chosen to suit your specific dress.
