    also wondering if the antec 520 is enough to power this with an overclock and gpu?

    Its always better to be over than under on wattage.

    The 450 card would need ~120W leaving 400W for CPU/RAM/HDD's/Optical Drives. etc. Remember an overclocked CPU will draw even more power than is specified by the manufacturer.

    You'll end up frying your new equipment.

    I'd say start at least with a good 650W 80 plus rated PSU. Because you can always bring a great PSU over to your next build.

    got a 620 80+ psu in the end...
    no hdds (os is on a readonly 4 gig flash drive)
    no optical

    all setup and runnig ubuntu 10.04
    seems to be running fine on 620watt

    Any news on your overclocking?
    What speed did you get it to? Temp? Voltage? etc.
    Planning to do the same with same set up so very interested in this.
