    So PP made a mistake on the Roma game and I got paid out so I withdrew money right away and nearly straight after I had a minus account

    Was no big deal to me tbh, It was giving me an excuse to take a break

    But soon after my account was brought back to positive and that 100 euro withdrawal was canceled. I chanced it and lost, no big deal tbh

    But here's the moronic part

    I betted on a New Zealand match and in the spur of the moment, withdrew the winnings but right away I regretted so I contract live help and here's my reply

    They are right in a way I suppose. When u put a withdrawal through it goes to the payment processing company (or whoever they are) and the money has left the bookies company immediately.

    When they cancelled your payment earlier and took the 100 euro back, this was probably one of the suits upstairs on the phone to visa explaining the big f**k up that just occurred and begging for their money back. They wont cancel any legitimate withdrawal on the request of the customer as it requires too much hassle and you'll have the money in your account in a few days anyway. Nobody loses out in their eyes.
    I bloody well hate those live chats anyway and if i wanted to request anything from them id get on the phone. Its too easy for some customer service robot to just click a standard response without even reading your messages.

    If that is the way you choose to deal with people they are not going to be helpful. There may have been an option available to you that he decided not to share with you. Fooking place is overrun with tempermental teenagers.

    Livechat is not the way to sort anything, I have tried this method for numerous things and only way its sorted is by phone!!
