    Hi
I am in my mid-twenties and a virgin. I have never had a boyfriend or any physical contact with a guy. I guess I feel really self-conscious about this. I would like to be able to have a relationship with someone but don’t know how to make this happen.

Lots of people are/have been in the same situation so try not to worry about it too much. I know it may seem like the biggest deal in the world right now but when you meet someone it won't make that much difference at all.

The best way to find a relationship is to meet lots of people. Join clubs or charities or societies, get out and about and get talking to lots of different people and making new friends. Get to know lots of guys as friends and get comfortable talking to men. Once you're feeling a bit more confident start chatting to the men you fancy and see if anything comes of it.
