Anyone on here ever installed linux on one of these Asus EeeBox PCs?

I want to setup a home server (centos) and use it for XBMC as well.
If anyone has any experience would like to hear, thanks!

Cheers OSI, what model are you using yourself?

Went for the asrock in the end. it had all the bits I was looking for. no OS, remote, small, decent HD. they even gave me an old fashioned pair of 3D glasses :-) picked it up from komplett yesterday. centos installed already and working fine. Probably going to go the Ubuntu + xbmc route in a few days.

I was under the impression that the 3D processing is done by your TV.
All the video player of your choice has to do is be able to output 3840x1080 for full SBS or regular old 1920x1080 for half SBS.

Certainly seems to be the case for me. Although I am not sure with regards to bluray discs.

Its got some sort of 3D capabilities with the right tv / goggles and software, all sounds very complicated (and expensive) to setup so i won't bother with it. Will use the box for a bog standard movie viewer and web server.
